Shipping Policy

At Sole Shoe Company, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

We offer a $10 flat rate for shipping orders less than $150.  Orders over $150 will receive FREE SHIPPING. (Smaller items have lower flat rate.)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Sole Shoe Company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
